Return of a product purchased from the e-store
If for any reason the device purchased from our e-store does not suit you, you have the right to return it within 14 days. To return, simply fill out the form below or send a free-form application to info@mobipunkt.ee.
How to deliver the device to us?
You can bring the device to our store (Kalasadama 4a, Tallinn) or send it via a parcel locker (Tallinn Arsenal Centre SmartPost or Omniva, tel: +372 5684 1241).
When sending via a parcel locker, please include your first and last name, phone number, email address, and order number in the parcel. NB! Before shipping, disable the device's screen lock and "Find My" and pack the product carefully to protect it from impacts during transit.
Refunds and conditions
We will refund the purchase amount to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the application (provided the device has reached us or you have submitted proof of its dispatch).
To familiarize yourself with the device, we recommend handling it only as you would be allowed to in our store. If the device has been used in any other way, the buyer is responsible for the decrease in value. For health and hygiene reasons, opened headphones and software with unsealed packaging cannot be returned.
Withdrawal from installment and insurance contracts
As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from an insurance or consumer credit contract concluded via an e-channel within 14 days without providing a reason. The deadline starts from the conclusion of the contract or the receipt of the terms and conditions.
