Do You offer hire-purchase? ▾

We cooperate with Esto, InBank, LHV, Tf bank and Liisi leasing. You can buy devices with hire-purchase from 50€. For getting hire-purchase You need to submit a request to our partners (Esto, Inbank, LHV, Tf bank or Liisi), and after a positive decision contact us. Do You buy-back old devices? ▾

If you decide to purchase a new device from us, we're happy to buy back your old devices. This offer is available for both new and used device purchases. To take advantage of this offer, you'll need to visit our office with your current devices, including iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watches, and iMacs. Our technician will value the condition of your device, and based on that value, we'll provide you with a buy-back price. This amount will then be subtracted from the total cost of your new device. Do You also buy broken devices? ▾

Absolutely, we do offer this service. Our technician will evaluate the condition of the devices, and based on this evaluation, we will provide you with a buy-back value. If you choose to purchase another device or devices from us, we are open to buying back broken devices too. For devices that are not functioning properly, we will determine the buy-back value considering the estimated repair costs. You can find more details about this process on our exchange page.

Can I check devices before I buy them? ▾

Of course. If You want to buy a device but not sure which one You want, You can come to our store in Tallinn (Kalasadama 4a, 1011). If You like the device, You can buy it right away. Opening time Monday-Friday 9.00-19.00, Saturday 11.00-17.00, Sunday 11.00-15.00. More info on the contact page.

Does your devices have warranty? ▾

All pre-owned products are fully tested before sale and have 24 months warranty from Mobipunkt.

How can I determine the condition of a pre-owned device?▾

In very device description is marked its condition grade (A, B, C)
Grade A – device is like new, may have some small marks that is not noticeable (5-/5 on 5 point scale condition).
Grade B – device is in good condition, but may has some marks or little dents on bezel that is normal for used phone (4/4+ on 5 point scale condition).
Grade C – device is in used condition, got marks and dents, but no cracks (3+/4 on 5 point scale condition). More info on the condition page.

What will I get with used device? ▾

All used devices (iPhone, iPad) come with a USB charging cable. MacBooks come with a charger and a wall adapter. The accessories included with each specific product are indicated in the product description.

What is the delivery time for the products? ▾

• If picking up in person, products available in stock can be obtained immediately after payment of the invoice.
• When ordering with a courier, products available in stock can be obtained according to the arrangement with the courier.
• When ordering via mail, products can be received within 1-2 days after payment of the invoice. The delivery time depends on the postal service provider (Omniva, Smartpost).
• If the ordered item is located in our partner's warehouse, the delivery time for the products is 2-7 business days after payment of the invoice. The corresponding delivery time note is provided with the product.
• If the ordered item is not available in our partner's warehouse, Mobipunkt will inform the Buyer about the delivery time and deliver the item as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

What kind of repair and maintenance services do you provide? ▾

We handle all sorts of repair and maintenance tasks for Apple devices, ranging from dust cleaning to screen replacement and motherboard repairs. For more details, please refer to the repair page

How long will take to get my device repaired? ▾

Repairing common iPhone issues (such as button or screen replacement) usually takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours. In the case of more complex problems, the customer will be informed of an approximate time frame. iPad repairs typically take 1 business day. During the repair process, we provide our customers with a free replacement phone (iPhone), so you don't have to be without a phone for a single moment.
