How to trade in your old device for a newer one?
Take your old phone with you and visit our store. We’ll make the whole process easy and convenient!
Our technicians will evaluate your device based on its condition (both cosmetic and technical) and determine its value.
The value of your old device will be automatically deducted from the price of the new iPhone as a discount.
After the purchase, we’ll help you transfer all your data to the new device for free and securely erase data from your old phone.
Your old phone becomes a new and functional device for someone else. This helps reduce electronic waste and protect the environment.
1. Order a new device from our e-store. 2. Once you receive it, send your old phone to us via parcel locker. 3. We’ll evaluate the device and refund you its value.
Campaign Terms and Conditions

The campaign “Trade in your old iPhone for a newer one” (hereinafter referred to as the “campaign”) takes place from 05.05. 2025 to 31.05.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the campaign period).

The campaign is open to anyone who brings an old iPhone to Mobipunkt during the campaign period, with a minimum value of €100, and trades it in for one of the iPhone models listed in section 2.1.
2.1. The following iPhone models are eligible for the campaign:
All in-stock used iPhone models + iPhone 16e, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max.
2.2. If the customer's device is valued at €100 or more, Mobipunkt OÜ will add a €100 bonus to the trade-in value of the old device, which can be used towards the purchase of iPhone 16e, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max or any in-stock used iPhone.
2.3. Devices will be evaluated at Mobipunkt. The total value, including the bonus, can be used on-site to purchase a new product.
2.4. If the trade-in offer is accepted, Mobipunkt will assist the customer in selecting a new product and immediately apply the discount based on the value of the old device. The discount applies only to the models listed in section 2.1.
2.5. A customer may trade in up to 5 old devices during the campaign, but the bonus will only be added to the highest-value device with a value of at least €100.
2.6. By participating in the campaign, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate, that they meet the campaign requirements, and that they accept the campaign terms.
2.7. The trade-in value of the old device will not be paid out in cash or as a gift card.
2.8. The campaign is valid for both private and business customers.
2.9. Mobipunkt OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or terminate it early during the campaign period.
